1. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside of the United States? No. Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to customers within the United States.

How much does shipping cost? We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across the USA. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order? * Handling Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3 - 6 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

    In total, you can expect your order within 4 - 8 business days.

What is the order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.


2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your outdoor kitchen equipment, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How do I start a return? Please email us at support@makorls-pvt.shop with your order number. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.


3. Orders & Support

Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at +1 662-269-8424. Because we aim for a fast 1-2 day handling time, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the shipping phase.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your delivery immediately. If there is any damage to your outdoor kitchen components, contact us at support@makorls-pvt.shop with photos so we can send a replacement right away.
