We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders storewide. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase thresholds required to qualify for free shipping.

3. Handling & Transit Times

Our commitment is to process and deliver your pool equipment as swiftly as possible. Please note the following delivery windows:

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our carrier partners within this timeframe.
  • Transit Time: 3 – 6 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for your package to travel from our fulfillment facility to your destination address.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 8 business days from the moment your order is successfully submitted.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been processed and leaves our facility, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking tracking number(s) will be sent to you automatically. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s network.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an item has moved into the transit phase (handed over to the carrier), we cannot modify the delivery details or stop the shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
